Ingredients: Lactose, maltodextrin, inulin, plant extracts.

Preparation Guide:

1. Pour 200ml boiled, warm water into a clean cup
2. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of granulate per 100ml and stir
3. Allow it to cool down to drinking temperature (approx. 37C)
